I opened a claim for my phone to replace it and the first issue was their 'security questions'. They all related to my banking information which creeped me out because I DID NOT set them up myself.

I had only been signed up for a couple of weeks when I damaged my phone so I know that I didn't set up those questions. I didn't set up any questions when I registered. I had to guess at the answers.

You are told after you open the claim that you will hear from them in 2 business days either by phone or email. After one week, I was never contacted.

I called them and was told my claim was accepted but the copy of my photo id was not because the edges of my license weren't visible. I had taken a color photo of my license but I holding it wasn't acceptable. You'd think they could have contacted me.

Throughout all of this, they could not have cared less. I told them to forget about the claim, because thankfully my phone still works, it's just damaged and the home button doesn't work, but theres one on the screen.

I cancelled the claim and cancelled the service all together. I can't imagine the nightmare it would've been to get a new phone from them.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
