I'm a consumer of this company in 2018 3/12 I bought my phone(iphone8 plus)also the insurance of this company(brightstart device protection). I broken my glass both sides when I was run in june and I have the insurance of this company ,I ask for fixing .From june I contact them by so many way I called them I send email,they reject to fix my phone by so many reasons.

Untill sep1 I called them again,they told me my application expired,and they said they won't fix my phone anymore I was really confused and the thing is we pay that insurance money every month till now which is $11 per month I don't understand what's that mean by expired also this is the first time apply for fix and I called their manager, he just say no and really impatient.He give me an idea to resubmit form and say I lost my phone and I have to pay $200 to get a new phone .The thing is my phone didn't miss why should I say that? I don't think that is the right way to do it and I won't do that.

That's really dishonest behavior.

This thing waste me too much time also hurt me in mentally I will tell everyone what I've done if this company still doing this I'm going to complain to government consumer protection office or suit this company(brightstar device protection)by consumer protection law. I wish I can get some response in one week or I'm going to what I just said I believe that Canada is the country respectively fair I believe the government won't allow this kind of company to harm the right of consumers
