Many parents upgrade/buy their cell phones for kids. Parent takes his/hers sim card puts in kid old phone and kid put his/hers sim into a new device with a protection plan.. No one told them that this is Device and LINE protection.

Because at the moment when device got broken and had different SIM card its not protected... J O K E.

I have been calling for days now to ROGERS and Brightstar to fix broken screen on my S8+..

i have two lines on my rogers account and only one device has protection plan. and because sim card that was not assigned to that device was inside when phone/screen broken device is not covered HA HA HA!

I just switched card back and called ROGERS to confirm which device has protection plan and which device is using card now, they said im fully covered :D oh.. i think i dropped my phone now... oops..

Dont buy this sh,it unless you like 45 min "on hold" calls

Take that up withrogers like they sold it to u to get a commission like why are u mad at the wrong company
