Why Rogers switched to them I'll never know but they will be losing my business now because of their association with them. Very sketchy conversations over a 7 day period trying to get a screen repaired on a phone that I've paid coverage for since last year.

They told me steps to follow over 7 days, only to decline my claim. Just a broken screen.

I could have taken it elsewhere and had my phone back repaired and some sanity not having to deal with them. Cancelling my coverage and will be getting out of my Rogers contract at first availability.
