I took my ohone out of my otterbox after 5 months. It had been in there since the purchased date.
Called Videotron my provider at the time and was rediected to Brightstar.
Had to answer security questions, validate my identity. Paid a fee of $75 plus tax and got my replacement S8 Plus the next day.
Not sure why there are such terrible reviews on this company. No wait times, good customer service, and replacement within 20 hours of my service request!
I called them at 6PM Eastern and got my replacement the following day at 2PM Eastern!
