Brightstar Device Protection - BAD customer service and cheap business
I had a very bad experience with them. Mainly, I was not convinced by the answer I got from the customer service agent, so I said to her: there is nothing personal but I think I wanna take the claim to a higher management level.
The lady, her name "Selma" claimed to have the final word and decision, she told me that there is no upper management or board of directors.
She even refused to give me her full name and email address so I can refer to the conversation at the board level when I submit my claim. I am so disappointed, and for sure I will stop using this company, its better not to have insurance than having people who do not respect themselves.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
